If the Hotel du Collectionneur is used:
05:30 pm
Departure from the hotel by limousine or coach.
06:15 pm
The guests arrive at Château de Versailles.
Welcome at the Gabriel entrance (grille royale) by an ensemble of 6 guards (“à la française” and 2 drums in 17th century costume. A photo opportunity with actors in period costume will be available at the welcome ceremony.
06:15 – 07:15 pm
Musical promenade in the Chateau de Versailles.
The guests will pass in succession through the State Appartments, the Gallery of Mirrors, the Queen’s Appartments, the Small Appartments, and the King’s Chamber, before arriving at the Hall of the Crusades. Throughout the visit, chamber music ensembles and troupes of 10 actors and dancers, in court dress, will be stationed along the route:
- The Giourdina Trio (theorbo, viola da gamba and violin) in the Gallery of Mirrors will accompany a troupe of 4 baroque dancers.
Gallery of Mirrors
- Harp and Soprano in the Queen’s Bedroom.
- The Concert Calotin ensemble (harpsichord, flute and violin) in the Royal Chapel.

Beginning of the dinner at the Galerie des Batailles.
Dinner will be accompanied by 5 promenading musicians, who will play between courses, alternately in groups of 2 and 3.
