HISTORY
Built in the sixteenth century by the noble family of Gouffiers, the Oiron Castle is home to the contemporary art collection of curiosity & Mirabilia, designed for curiosities in the fabulous art collection of Claude Gouffier Burgherr and great squire Henry II.
The artists reinterpret a place and an extraordinary original decor (renaissance frescoes in the style of the school of Fontainebleau, lacquered wood and carved seventeenth century).
