Palazzo Doria Pamphilj

THE HISTORY
Palazzo Doria Pamphilj is built on the remains of the residence of Cardinal Fazio Santoro, (1447 – 1510) dating back to the start of the 16^th century.

The gallery is the part of the Palazzo Doria Pamphilj.

You will find there Rom’s most interesting and oldest history, made up of nobility, politics, and the unions between some of the most important Italian Nobel families.

The Paussione room, the Throne room, the Jupiter room, the Velvet room, the Ballroom, the small Ballroom, the Aldobrandini room, the Primitives room.

All this rooms are richly decorated with beautiful fabrics, frescos and works of art.

They are reached from the Bramante courtyard by ascending an elegant, delightful constructed white marble staircase.

During the spring and summer it is possible to use the courtyard adding an extra location to choose from for a refined event in the Palazzo Doria Pamphilj.
