THE PALAZZO
Our Palazzo is located in the city centre: Piazza della Signoria, the main places of interest, the famous ateliers and the traditional artisan shops are only a few minutes away on foot.

I love the fact that it’s full of light, a feature that’s so difficult to find in the old town centre: its special position, on the one side facing the Arno and on the other one of the few squares looking onto the river, gives the large reception rooms and many of our spacious suites an extraordinarily rich natural light.

At the Leone Blu we ensure that the magnificent view over the Arno and the beauty of the high frescoed ceilings coexist with all modern comforts, like wifi, air conditioning and answering services.

THE SUITES
The real Florence, the one I love, is history that evolves, tradition that lives, craftsmanship that becomes art.

This is why I wanted the Leone Blu to be a harmonious blend of antique elements, like the decorated wooden ceilings of the palazzo and the furnishings of the castle of Brolio, and markedly contemporary features; this is why I have mixed art with work hand-crafted by the best Florentine artisans including bronze workers, smiths, stonecutters and decorators.

This approach has resulted in our 9 spacious suites, all individually decorated, which occupy, with the two reception rooms, the 1,200 m2 surface area of the piano nobile of the residence.
