Neemrana Fort is a 15th century fort, one of India’s oldest heritage resort sprawled over 25 acres of land in the backdrop of the Aravalli range. The palace area is stepped over 3 acres and the ten levels provide a mesmerizing view. The ruins of the fort-palace have been restored and the results have surpassed the palatial benchmarks.

At the Neemrana Fort-Palace, broadly, we serve a North-Indian Rajasthani cuisine with a few Continental or Oriental dishes at random to suit a range of tastes and palates, South Indian, French, Italian, Chinese and Thai dishes are also often added to enrich the range of buffet spreads.
During the full season a new ‘thali’ restaurant Toda Mahal serves only Indian cuisine in large brass platters, giving visitors a taste of how noble India eats. The small ‘katoris’ or bowls in which the vegetables, lentils, curds, curries and non-vegetarian dishes are served – are constantly replenished during the course of the meal. The meal also offers an accompaniment of pickles, fresh salads and spices to add all the five flavours essential for an Indian tongue – salted, sour, bitter, pungent, and sweet.
