Visit us in the scenic baroque downtown of Győr and relax in the three-starred Klastrom Hotel, which is the island of peace in the heart of the bustling city. Our guests are welcome to enjoy the spirit of old times together with all the facilities offered by the hotel.
THE HOTEL
The Klastrom Hotel has been a representative building of the cityscape for a long time. It was built in 1714-1721 as a cloister and church and has the characteristics of baroque style. The quadratic building boasts an inner yard. The rooms are located in the three wings of the building; those of the western wing facing the River Raab while those of the other wings looking onto the inner yard.
THE INNER COURTYARD
From spring to late autumn, the inner yard terrace is a great place for open-air catering for up to 100 people. The horse-chestnut tree in the middle of the yard is contemporaneous symbol of the building. Our outdoor concerts guarantee you unforgettable memories.
RESTAURANT
Our unique restaurant can accommodate 80 people, and our stone-vaulted cellar with a beer bar for up to 50 guests is just the perfect place to host smaller events.
THE BAROQUE ROOM
The big Baroque Room of the hotel was re-established from the library of the cloister and its collection still includes more than 500 books all exhibited on shelves standing on hand-carved, inlaid pillars. Today the room also serves as a conference or press room and can accommodate up to 50 people.
ROOMS
All the 41 rooms, located in the three wings of the hotel, are equipped with facilities such as a bathroom, a TV, a mini bar and a telephone to provide maximum comfort for our guests. The rooms of the western wing have a view onto the River Raab and Radó Island whereas the others look onto the inner yard. Our double and triple rooms are equipped with a bathroom, a TV and a telephone. Most of our rooms also have a mini-bar and internet access. The bigger rooms have a sofa and a lounge as well.
SAUNA
You will find our Finnish and infrared saunas in the basement to make your stay even more enjoyable.
