It was worth it! The Schlosshotel is one of the most authentic mansions in Hungary. The owner and his family respect the legacy of the Apponyis, so that history can bring life to life.
HISTORY
The castle was built in 1840 and the family Apponyi bought it in 1850. The last inhabitant of the 1200 hectare domain was Dr. Count Rezso Apponyi Nagyapponyi. He was born in 1882 in a small village called Hogyesz.
