Our partner Chapman Freeborn is able to organize individual flight arrangements for any Dining Event. London is taken as place of origin, but any other city in the world can be used. For anybody who doesn't like long journeys by car or coach can get a helicopter organised. For more information please refer to the schedule.
The transportation on the ground can be carried out by coach, chauffeur driven limousines and luxury cars for self drive be used. Just as you like it.

1st Day
Flight from London UK - Porto, Portugal.
Porto is an enchanting city, established on the hills at the mouth of the Douro river. Designated an UNESCO World Heritage site for its historic buildings and outstanding monuments, highlights of Portugal’s second largest city include the formidable Porto cathedral, the Torre dos Clérigos and the conspicuous Port wine lodges that dominate the hillside of Vila Nova de Gaia. Although largely industrialised, Porto offers a compelling synthesis of ancient and contemporary attractions.
Transfer from the airport to the hotel Pousada do Freixo.
Guided sightseeing of Porto and its Caves do Vinho can be organised.
Places to see:
Caves do Vinho do Porto (Port wine cellars) (Vila Nova de Gaia) Opposite the centre of Porto, on the southern bank of the Douro river, numerous Port wine lodges are a prominent tourist attraction.
Visitors can spend days touring the cavernous cellars along the waterfront (there are over 50 to choose from), while sampling dozens of world-class port varieties. Just to mention just one sights of interest.
2nd Day
Train journey with the legendary “THE PRESIDENTIAL” starting from Porto SAO BENTO STATION, with a 9 hour travel through Portugal’s most magnificent countryside to the famous wine estate Alto Douro. Exclusive access to Douro´s most emblematic estate, the private Quinta do Vesúvio, including a Port wine tasting.
SAO BENTO STATION PORTO
Emblematic and unique, celebrating its 100th anniversary, the São Bento station is one of the most iconic buildings of Porto. It is renowned for its striking panels, composed of 20,000 tiles designed by painter Jorge Colaço. Here begins and ends this unforgettable journey.

After checkout of hotel transport to Pousada Mosteiro de Guimaraes will be organised.

After checkout of hotel transport to Vidago Palace Hotel will be organised. Golf and more.
Approximately 90 km and 1 hour.
6th Day
After checkout of hotel transport to Palace Hotel Bussaco will be organised.
Approximately 200 km and 2 hours 30 minutes.
7th Day
After checkout of hotel transport to Pousada de Obidos will be organised.
Approximately 200 km and 2 hours.
8th Day
After checkout of hotel transport to Pestana Palace Lisboa will be organised.
Approximately 90 km and 1 hour.
Optional the Hotel Avenida Palace could be used as accommodation in Lisbon.
As a further optional the Seteais Palace Hotel Sintra could be used as accommodation.
In the afternoon sightseeing of Lisbon.
9th Day
Visit of Sintra.
In the evening gala dinners are possible at the Palace of Pena, Palace of Queluz and Palace of Sintra.
