Our partner Chapman Freeborn is able to organize individual flight arrangements for any Dining Event. London is taken as place of origin, but any other city in the world can be used. For anybody who doesn't like long journeys by car or coach can get a helicopter organised. For more information please refer to the schedule.
The transportation on the ground can be carried out by coach, chauffeur driven limousines and luxury cars for self drive. Just as you like it. Between Berlin - Dresden and Eisenach can also a plane be offered.
This event is only a suggestion and can be worked out in detail as soon as all the requirements are known.
1st Day
Flight from London UK – Berlin Germany. Pick up from the airport and transfer to hotels.
Berlin Brandenburg gate
Hotel Adlon Kempinski Berlin and
and the Regent Berlin 5 Star are recommended. Both in the centre of Berlin.
If time is available sightseeing Berlin.
In the evening dinner at Castle Spandau with entertainment.
Return to hotel.
2nd Day
After breakfast transfer to the medieval town of Potsdam and lunch there.
Approximately 40 km 40 minutes.
After lunch transfer to the near by UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE park of Sanssouci and sightseeing.

If desired in the evening gala dinner at Sanssouci with entertainment.

Afterwards transfer to hotel.
3rd Day
After breakfast check out of the hotel.
10 pm: Three possibilities are suggested:
Firstly travel to the east and choose to spend the night at one of the following Castle hotels.
Berlin centre - Grand Hotel Heiligendamm. Approximately 250 km 3 hours.
Berlin centre - Castle Hotel Kittendorf. Approximately 200 km 2 hours 30 minutes by car.
Berlin centre - Castle Hotel Klink. Approximately 200 km 2 hours by car.
Berlin centre - Castle Hotel Ralswiek. Approximately 300 km 3 hours 30 minutes by car.
It is suggested to spend at least two nights in this region of Germany and spend the second night at an other Castle hotel. During the day the following medieval towns can be visited. Both towns are in the region and the distance depends on the castle hotel lacation.
Stralsund UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE
Secondly to travel to the medieval towns of Eisenach and spend the night at the following castles:
Berlin centre - Eisenach. Approximately 360 km 3 hours 30 minutes by car. It is also possible to use a plain. Castle Hotel Wartburg is right next to Eisenach.
Eisenach - Castle Hotel Wolfsbrunnen. Approximately 40 km 45 minutes by car.
Again if you spend two nights you can have one night at each castle. During the day visit Eisenach and the surrounding area.
The third option is to visit to the beautiful city of Dresden and spend one night each at the following castle hotels.
Berlin centre – Castle Hotel Klaffenbach. Approximately 270 km 3 hours.
Castle Hotel Klaffenbach – Dresden. Approximately 90 km 1 hour.
Berlin centre – Castle Hotel Fürstlich Drehna. Approximately 110 km 1 hour.
Castle Hotel Fürstlich Drehna – Dresden. Approximately 90 km 1 hour.
