Our partner Chapman Freeborn is able to organize individual flight arrangements for any Dining Event. London is taken as place of origin, but any other city in the world can be used. For anybody who doesn't like long journeys by car or coach can get a helicopter organised. For more information please refer to the schedule.
The transportation on the ground can be carried out by coach, chauffeur driven limousines and luxury cars for self drive. Just as you like it. Between Salzburg and Vienna can also a plane be offered.

1st Day
Flight from London UK - Salzburg Austria
Transfer to one of the chosen Hotels and check in. The recommended Hotels are:

2nd Day
Sightseeing tour of Salzburg.
7 pm: Gala Dinner with Champain reception at Castle Hotel Leopoldskorn can be organised.
3rd Day
After breakfast check out of the hotel.
10 pm: Travel individual by luxury cars or limousine from Salzburg to Vienna and check in to the Hotel Imperial.
Approximately 300 km and 3 hours.
If required a dinner with Champaign reception can be organised at the hotel.

4th Day
Sightseeing of Vienna.
5:15 pm: Departure from Hotel Imperial by limousine or coach.
6:00 pm: Guests arrive at Esterhazy Palace.
- Drinks and canapés served and beginning of the guided tour of the palace.
8:00 pm: Call for dinner.
8:15 pm: Starters served.
10:00 pm: Conclusion of the evening with wine bar in the garden room with portikus
10:30 pm: Dinner finishes.
The guests are being musically entertained by the Joseph Haydn brass in historical costumes.
11:00 pm: Estimated event end and return to the hotel.

Alternatively a dining event can be organised at Palais Liechtenstein in one of its several prestige halls. The Liechtenstein CITY and GARDEN PALACE are situated at the heart of Vienna and with there unique historical state rooms are a perfect setting for elegant events.

5th Day
After breakfast check out of the Hotel Imperial.
10 pm: Travel through the picturesque mountainside of Austria to Castel Hotel Matzen. Approximately 435 km and 4 hours 30 minutes.
6th Day
After breakfast check out of Castel Hotel Matzen.
10 pm: Travel to Salzburg airport, approximately 145 km and 2 hours, for flight back to Berlin - Germany.
