Culinary delights
Our chef Arthur Berger and his team, present you with the culinary delights of the coast comprising many types of fish and seafood.
On the other hand, they are enhanced with specialities from inland and from Austria.
Utmost importance is attached to seasonal and local produce. Hence, you will find wild, green asparagus on the menu during the first days of spring, followed by regionally grown cherries.
Autumn is the season for the famed Lovran chestnuts and freshly caught calamari.
The tasty Istrian truffles, tender lamb from the Isle of Cres and Pršut – air-dried ham – and Paški Sir from the Isle of Pag are as much features as the sea-side bbq evenings are with traditional Croatian Ćevapčići and Pljeskavica.
The traditional old Austrian buffet of desserts brings with it a touch of Austria.
In line with the nutrition trend of recent years, vegetarian courses and light wellness cuisine are also on the menu.
Every evening you can choose your personal 4-course dinner from a small à la carte menu, which includes 12 dishes, accompanied by the daily salad and cheese buffet.
